1. Data we collect

1.1 Data you give us

1.2 Data collected automatically

Device and technical	Device model and manufacturer, operating system version, app version, language, screen metrics, network type and carrier, and device identifiers used to secure your session
Network	IP address, which indicates approximate (city or country level) location. We do not collect GPS or precise device location.
Usage	Rooms you enter and leave, time spent watching or broadcasting, follows, likes, gifts sent and received, in-app currency balances and transaction history, level and ranking data, and feature interactions
Diagnostics	Crash reports, error logs, connection quality and performance data
Push token	A Firebase Cloud Messaging token so we can deliver notifications

2. Device permissions

The app asks for these permissions. You may refuse or later revoke any of them in Android settings; the related feature will simply stop working.

Permission	Why
Camera	To broadcast video and to take a profile photo. Never used in the background.
Microphone	To transmit your voice in video rooms, audio rooms and voice messages.
Photos and files	To let you pick and crop a profile or cover image, and to attach files in chat.
Notifications	To alert you about follows, messages, gifts and rooms going live.
Bluetooth	Required by our audio engine so headsets and speakers work during a stream.
Display over other apps	Optional. Shows a floating bubble so a host can keep a room running while using other apps.
Foreground service	Keeps a live room connected when the app is minimised, with a visible ongoing notification.
Phone state	To pause or mute a live stream when a phone call arrives, and to help identify the device for security.

3. How we use data

• Create and secure your account and keep you signed in.
• Deliver core features: live video and audio rooms, chat, gifts, follows, rankings, levels and events.
• Operate the in-app currency (coins and diamonds), including balances, gifting and host earnings.
• Send service notifications about activity relevant to you.
• Enforce our rules — detect and act on fraud, abuse, spam, cheating and prohibited content, including suspending or banning accounts.
• Diagnose crashes, measure performance and improve the Service.
• Respond to your support requests.
• Comply with law and respond to lawful requests from authorities.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your personal data to serve third-party behavioural advertising.

4. Legal bases

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the Service you signed up for); legitimate interests (safety, fraud prevention, service improvement); consent (device permissions and push notifications, which you can withdraw at any time); and legal obligation (record-keeping and lawful requests).

5. Sharing and third parties

We share data only as described below. We never sell it.

If Mickey Live is ever involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your data may transfer to the successor entity. We will notify you in the app before that happens.

6. Public content

Mickey Live is a public social platform. Your display name, user ID, profile photo, level, country, follower counts and ranking positions are visible to other users. Anything you broadcast in a live room, or write in public chat, is visible to everyone in that room and may be seen, recorded or re-shared by others. Please do not broadcast or post anything you would not want to be public and permanent. We cannot recall content that others have already captured.

7. Retention

• Account and profile data — kept while your account is active.
• Chat messages and room activity — kept while your account is active, to support moderation and dispute resolution.
• Transaction and currency records — kept for up to 5 years after the transaction, for accounting, tax and fraud-prevention purposes.
• Diagnostic logs — kept for up to 12 months.
• Records of bans and serious policy violations — kept after deletion, in minimal form, to stop banned users returning.

When you delete your account we erase or irreversibly anonymise your data within 30 days, except the limited categories above and anything we are legally required to keep.

8. Your rights

Subject to your local law, you may ask us to:

• Access — receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct — fix inaccurate data. Most profile fields you can edit yourself in the app.
• Delete — erase your account and data (see section 9).
• Object or restrict — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Withdraw consent — revoke any device permission in Android settings, or turn off notifications.
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.

Write to the address in section 14. We respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity — usually by asking you to confirm from the account's registered phone number or email — before acting, to stop someone else misusing these rights against you.

9. Deleting your account

You can delete your account and its associated data at any time.

• In the app — Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

Deletion is permanent. Any unused in-app currency, level, gifts and host earnings are forfeited and cannot be restored or refunded.

10. Security

We protect data with HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, encrypted credential storage, access controls limiting staff access to what their role requires, and monitoring for unusual activity. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your sign-in method private, and tell us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

11. International transfers

Mickey Live operates from Bangladesh, and our service providers operate globally. Your data may therefore be processed in countries whose data protection laws differ from your own. Where required, we use contractual safeguards with those providers to protect your data.

12. Children

The Service is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we learn that an under-18 user has created an account, we will terminate it and delete the data. If you believe a minor is using Mickey Live, contact us at the address in section 14 and we will act promptly.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as the Service evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version. For material changes we will give notice in the app or by notification before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Policy.
