Delete My Account and Data

Option 1 — Delete in the app

1. Open Mickey Live and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Go to Profile (bottom right) → Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Read the warning and confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately and erasure begins.

Option 2 — Ask us by email

If you have lost access to the app or cannot sign in, email tahmidalavi1999@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my account" and include:

• Your Mickey Live user ID (shown on your profile) or the display name on the account
• The phone number, Google address or Facebook account you sign in with

Send it from the email address registered to the account where possible. We may ask one further question to confirm the account is yours — this protects you from someone else deleting your account. We acknowledge within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days.

Kept, and why

Profile: name, photo, gender, date of birth, country, biography Phone number, email and linked Google or Facebook identifiers Chat and direct messages Follows, followers, likes and room history Uploaded photos and media Coin and diamond balances, backpack and store items Level, ranking positions and event entries Device identifiers and push notification tokens Diagnostic logs tied to your account

Transaction records — up to 5 years, for accounting, tax and fraud-prevention obligations. Held in the minimum form needed and detached from your profile. Ban and violation records — retained in minimal form where an account was terminated for serious abuse, so the same person cannot simply re-register. Content others hold — messages you sent that remain in another user's inbox, and anything other users recorded or re-shared from your live streams. We cannot reach into other people's devices or copies. Aggregated statistics — anonymised counts that can no longer identify you.

Deleting some of your data without closing your account

You do not have to delete your whole account to remove specific data. Some things you can clear yourself in the app at any time:

• Profile photo, display name and biography — open the Profile tab and tap your name and picture at the top to edit them
• Blocked-user list — Profile → Settings → Blocked User List

For anything else — chat and message history, room activity history, uploaded photos, or a specific piece of content you can no longer reach — email tahmidalavi1999@gmail.com with the subject "Delete part of my data". Tell us your user ID and exactly which data you want removed.

We respond within 30 days. Your account stays open and everything you did not ask us to remove is untouched. The exceptions in the table above still apply: we cannot remove transaction records we are required to keep, messages already delivered to another user's device, or content other users have separately recorded or re-shared.

Removing the Facebook or Google connection only

If you want to disconnect a social login but keep your Mickey Live account, you do not need this page. Revoke the app's access directly:

• Facebook — Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → Mickey Live → Remove
• Google — myaccount.google.com/permissions → Mickey Live → Remove access

Do this and you will need another sign-in method to get back into your account. To erase everything instead, use Option 1 or Option 2 above.
